“Crash Tests” of startup projects within the IX International Student Competition of Advertising and PR-projects «Golden Compass» in KhNUE (Kharkiv, Ukraine)
On April 22, 2015 the finals of IX International student competition of advertising and PR-projects “The Golden Compass” was held at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
More than 20 projects in four sections were admitted to Kharkiv finals this year. These sections were:
- «PR. Projects for higher educational institutions»
- «PR. Social and business projects»
- «Advertising Campaigns»
- «Start Up Projects». This section was organized in the form of crash test. Finalists of this section were to submit to the jury presentation about the product / service, an essay on the historical evolution of the product / service, the legend of creating a product / services and calculation of market indicators.
In this section 6 Start Up projects were admitted to final:
«Na’VI» (Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University),
«Muzarium» (Odessa National University),
«INDIE» (Sumy State University),
«Social Network Garage Jam» (Dnipropetrovsk National University),
«Agency for young experts «Boomerang» (NationalTechnicalUniversity «Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute»).
«Alternative» (Kharkov Humanitarian University «People’s Ukrainian Academy»).
The first place won two projects: «Social Network Garage Jam» presented by Dnipropetrovsk National University and «Muzarium» (Odessa National University). Congratulations to the winners!
In addition, on April 23 competition’s participants took part in IV International business-forum of effective communications «Brand.Com» where professionals from Kyiv and Kharkiv presented there innovative solutions in marketing, communications, Start Up movement as well as examples of effective and creative projects.
