Presentation of the TEMPUS SUCSID project and a Start-Up Center «First Capital» at a festival “Leap to Future”
A festival “Leap to Future” was held on September 10th, 2013 at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KhNURE). The main purpose of the festival is to get involved talented students to creation of new IT-projects of an international level.
Within cross-project collaboration of KhNURE and KhNUE Professor of IS Department of KhNUE Zolotaryova Iryna gave a speech “Inter-university Start-up centers for students’ innovations development & promotion”. The report covered an opening of a Start-Up Center “First Capital” at KhNUE within the TEMPUS SUCSID project.
The main objectives of a Start-Up Center «First Capital» are: to form entrepreneurial thinking; to teach basics of entrepreneurship and management of innovation projects; to assist and support start-up entrepreneurs; to promote start-up projects; to provide premises and resources for coworking; to create a partner network “business – education”; to arrange events to foster entrepreneurial activities.
