SUCSID Consortium’s Members Meeting in Montpellier, France

On March 17-21, 2014 meeting of the SUCSID consortium’s members was held at University Montpellier 2 (Montpellier, France). The meeting was dedicated to intensive training on “Start-up Projects Business Planning” for trainers from partner countries.

First of all, work package 4 of SUCSID project was presented to participants by project academic coordinator.

Then an existing experience in teaching “Business Planning” in University Montpellier 2 and innovative tools used to design a business model were  proposed to consortium’s members. Besides, students in entrepreneurship presented their start-up project.

A big part of training was devoted to the workshops:

-       how to create a mind map and how to use this map to describe the business plan of a  start-up project,

-       how to write a business plan and use for it the software “Montpellier Business Plan International Edition”,

-       how to analyze a business plan, strength and weaknesses of it.

As a result of meeting each university designed a program of intensive training week about “Start-up projects business planning” for students who want to set up a company. These programs are based on intensive training learning materials and presented innovative tools.
