Start-up Center KDU “Youth Initiative Center” and InnoCenter KDU held of the IV finals competition of youth innovative ideas for business
This year the competition has expanded the boundaries of the university – about 130 applications were received by the youth from the south part of the Republic of Moldova. Deadline for submission was to September 2015. Boys and girls have become parties to the study of entrepreneurial potential (joint project with the University of Kassel, Germany) and held a unique training course “Smart StartUp”.
This course has been designed by Professors of the Comrat State University and includes modules in the amount of 40 hours of “Business Planning” (authors: Kuraksin S., Ghenova S., Kara M., Levitskaya A.) and training “Personal Growth” (L. Ibrishim ). Also invited experts – practice: representatives of Chamber of Registration Republic of Moldova, the Tax Inspectorate (ATU Republic of Moldova) and FINCOMBANK (Republic of Moldova).
The most commercially promising Start – up projects with an innovative accompaniment named projects of KDU students: “Creating an online service to provide services” (Tomaily Harlampii), “Organization of quail farm with autonomous energy supply biogas” (Pulev Eugene), “Mini pastry with innovative product PROTELAK “(Diana Piron).
Members of the jury composed of representatives of: the Office of Economic Development of ATU Gagauzia, a Branch of Chamber of Commerce in ATU Gagauzia, ODIMM (Republic of Moldova), director of the branch FINCOMBANK (Republic of Moldova), and Director of Business Incubator Chadyr – Lunga (Republic of Moldova).
There were winners in three categories:
• «Innovative project” – Kapsamun Vasilii (KDU, Comrat) “Oxygen Therapy”;
• «Social projects” – Colak Alexander (Business Incubator, Chadyr-Lunga) “Manufacture of wood”;
• «Viability of the project” – a student of 10th class Ormanzhi Anastasia (Chadyr-Lunga) – “Catering”.
Funding for this competition was carried out by the Agency of innovation and technology transfer (AITT) of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Moldova, which supports the initiative in the development of innovative entrepreneurship (from 2004) and is co-founder InnoCenter KDU (since 2012).
