Start-up Centre of BNTU participated in the working group meeting of the Republican Innovative Project Contest
In Q4 2014 State Committee on Science and Technology, Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Belarusian Innovative Fund conduct the 5th Republican Innovative Project Contest in 2 categories: “Best Innovative Project” and “Best Youth Innovative Project”.
The Contest is held to facilitate:
- feasible innovative projects implementation;
- search for funding;
- R&D results commercialization.
The projects should also meet the following requirements:
- provide detailed implementation (commercialization) strategy;
- correspond to the R&D priorities of the Republic of Belarus.
Meeting of the working group of the above mentioned Contest was held on July 29, 2014 with the participation of the General Manager of the Start-up Centre of BNTU Vitaly Gmyrak. SCST Draft Decree was considered during the meeting. The mentioned Decree is to be developed to ensure implementation of the amendments to the Statute of the Republican Innovative Project Contest. The agenda also included signing of the Agreement on Cooperation between BNTU and BIF by the representatives of these institutions. The Agreement focuses on the support and promotion of the innovative projects developed by young researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students of the University and will add to the sustainability development of the Start-up Centre at BNTU.
