Career Day at Ternopil National Technical University

A career-oriented event “Career Day2015”was held from11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the reading room of Ternopil National Technical University (aud. 58) on March 26, 2015.

The aim of the event was:

-          to motivate students to develop their professional and personal qualities;

-          to help them with self-employment;

-          to organize the meeting between students, potential employers and investors.

Students and graduates of different specialties were participated in Career Day.

StartupCenterteam acquainted the students with cooperation aspects between business and science. Students realized that the businesses can gain competitive advantage if they develop and offer new products to the market. That is why the information about the features and possibilities of innovation management, leadership and teamwork, fundamentals of entrepreneurship, protection of intellectual property and developing a business plan was relevant for them.

Students had the opportunity to talk with many representatives of different companies and businessmen to facilitate the development of their business ideas.
