Hackathon in Ternopil

The “Europe Day” was an event in which the Startup Center of TNTU involved in hackathon “My European City” on May 16.

The purpose of the hackathon is to enable young people to identify the actual problems in Ternopil and offer the creative ideas for implementation. Hackathon is a youth platform for creative projects that will help the city to be open for changes, competitive and attractive for investment and become more European. Hackathon was completed successfully. There were presented three projects designed to make Ternopil as an European city. The first place winner was the project “Glowing cleanliness”, designed to make garbage more visible, the second was the project “Eco-Space” designed to open the co-working center for the joint development of the public and the city, and the third was the “Cinema on the Ternopil lake”.

Valery Lazaryuk participated in hackathon as expert from the Startup Center of TNTU.
